Corrective Exercise
The best way to achieve optimal results is to make sure the posture and function of the body are correct. Corrective exercise looks to re-align the body back to its optimal position so that you can become pain free and achieve the best of your specified goals without fear of future injury. You body will align so that you look fantastic and feel even better.
Strength and Power Training
It's important to understand the concept of program design in trying to achieve your maximal potential for strength and power. Following a strict program, that continually challenges the muscles and forces them to adapt will ensure you never plateau with your strength gains. It is key to manipulate all parameters of your training and utilize many different training techniques and styles to make sure you attain significant results.
Stability Training
Stability training focuses on working the body from the centre outwards. It utilizes as many of the bodies muscles in one as possible, increasing the strength of the stomach and back muscles, followed by the rest of the body. This provides a great way to ensure the health and function of your body whilst also gaining the aesthetic results you desire.
