is a Personal Trainer - Grade 3 Trainer.

Personal Trainers provide training in all areas of general fitness and will provide clients with all the motivation and support they need to achieve their desired goals, both short and long term.

They use progressive, periodised training programmes, specific and personal to each client. They select the best loads, reps, sets and order of exercises to overload the body and deliver results significantly better than by training alone. They provide hard AND fun workouts and educate clients on the best exercises to perform and the best intensities to work at.

Required Qualifications

A Personal Trainer should hold a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) level 3 qualification or equivalent – the required national standard.

Weight Management

Through my experience of working with professional health and fitness coaches during my time as a footballer, I have gained a wealth of knowledge that can be implemented and adapted to give you rapid results in your body shape, size and general fitness using advanced specialist training programmes.

The use of free weights, resistance machines and your own body weight can be used to help you maximise hypertrophy and muscle toning. This can be achieved through individually tailored advanced progressive workouts that are designed to ensure that you reach your health and fitness goals.

The use of your own body weight and free weights is a great way of shaping and toning the body. A full body workout program can be designed which uses weight to load all the muscles of the body and help you to shape up all those annoying areas, whilst making you feel stronger all over.

Core and Abdominal Training

The Abdominal Wall has many different layers of muscles and in order to get the best results, we must work all of these together. This improves the body’s ability to support and protect the lower back, whilst making the entire body stronger for any activity. There is a huge variety of fun and effective exercises to create a healthy back whilst also giving you the flat stomach that everyone desires.

Boxing

Boxing is the fastest, most effective way to burn the maximum amount of calories in the shortest space of time. It works the entire body to the maximum, toning and sculpting all the muscles and provides fantastic weight loss results. This is a seriously fun way to shed the pounds.
