Trainer Type - Fitness Trainer
is a Fitness Instructor - Grade 2 Trainer.
A Fitness Instructor is a REPS level 2 trainer who can teach clients a variety of exercises and provide ongoing care and support. Most Fitness Instructors work in health clubs providing introductory programmes for new members and group exercise training.
