General Fitness
The power of exercise should not be underestimated! With the appropriate program designed to target your specific goals, you can and will achieve what you want from exercise! As your personal trainer I will provide you with the knowledge and technique to perform exercise with perfection. I will help make you fit for life, not just to fit into that dress!
Special Populations
Conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease or even physical disabilities should not prevent someone from achieving their health and fitness goals, getting a tailored training programme that has been specifically adapted to suit your needs will ensure that your unique situation will be correctly addressed.
Nutrition
While exercise alone is a good, diet and exercise combined is better! Improve your chances of successful training, weight loss and weight management by making food your medicine. A healthy diet not only helps you to build a strong immune system, but compliments your exercise regime to help you gain the results you want more effectively than exercise or diet alone.
Flexibility and Stretching
Flexibility is a key component of any exercise routine. Without maintaining an optimal level of flexibility within the body, we increase its potential for pain and injury. Following a structured stretching routine will help your body increase its strength, mobility and potential for better results whilst providing you with relaxation so that you feel and move better.
Muscle Toning and Shaping
The use of body weight and free weights is a fantastic way to shape and tone the body. Following a full body workout programme that uses weight to load all the muscles of the body will help you shape up all those annoying areas whilst making you feel stronger all over. This will progress you to your goal of having a toned body with fantastic shape.
