How to find the right personal trainer - click "Read More" to find out
We, at the National Trainer Register, recommend that you always perform a
Q.U.I.C.K Check™ before engaging the services of a personal trainer.
When clicking on the headshot of personal trainer you will see if the personal trainer
has all the necessary qualifications, insurance and knowledge to provide you with
a top quality service. To learn more about the Q.U.I.C.K. Check™
When you have found a National Trainer Register approved personal trainer, you will
be able to book a FREE trial personal training session. This allows you to meet
with your chosen personal trainer and discover, first hand, the benefits of personal
training and what it can do for you.
The free trial session with your selected personal trainer will typically last for
60 minutes, although this may vary from personal trainer to personal trainer.
Before booking a free trial session with a personal trainer you should decide:
- The goal you would like to achieve with your personal trainer – improved fitness,
sports specific training, weight loss / gain, body toning etc.
- Where you would like your personal training sessions to take place – at home, personal
trainer's studio or health club
- When are the best times to meet with your personal trainer. Personal training sessions
generally last one hour. The personal trainer's profile will show you the hours
that they work.
All that is left is to work up a sweat and have fun...
