Muscle Building and Conditioning
Bodybuilding is the process of maximizing muscle hypertrophy.
I remember back in May 1998 when I picked up my first bodybuilding magazine and saw the pictures of great bodybuilders like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lee Labrada, Shawn Ray and Lee Haney. I was mesmerized by how these guys looked and immediately I wanted to look like them; sooner rather than later.
Strength and Power Training
Strength and power training is the use of resistance to muscular contraction to build the strength, anaerobic endurance and size of skeletal muscles.
Strength/power training is the most important concept in training. Strength training is building your muscles stronger. I see strength training as a challenge. Being strong makes me feel good. I believe improves physical and mental abilities.
Nutrition
Nutrition is a major part of role in our lifestyle. They are many different diets. Depending on the lifestyle and fitness regime. I can provide nutritional advice to promote a better health and well-being.
Martial Arts
I enjoy all combact training. I expereinced in combact training and fighting prepartion. I specialised in boxing, tae kwon do and Jiu-Jitsu.
Massage
Massage is the treatment and practice of soft tissue manipulation with physical, functional, and in some cases psychological purposes and goals.
Massage involves acting on and manipulating the client's body with pressure (structured, unstructured, stationary, and/or moving), tension, motion, or vibration done manually or with mechanical aids.
