Trainer Type - Personal Trainer

is a Personal Trainer - Grade 3 Trainer.

Personal Trainers provide training in all areas of general fitness and will provide clients with all the motivation and support they need to achieve their desired goals, both short and long term.

They use progressive, periodised training programmes, specific and personal to each client. They select the best loads, reps, sets and order of exercises to overload the body and deliver results significantly better than by training alone. They provide hard AND fun workouts and educate clients on the best exercises to perform and the best intensities to work at.

Required Qualifications

A Personal Trainer should hold a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) level 3 qualification or equivalent – the required national standard.

Muscle Building and Conditioning

If you are looking to build lean muscle tissue or tone up then I have the answer. Performing progressive, dynamic exercise plans with a combination of resistance training using core, free weight and cable exercises coupled with high intensity bursts of cardio training we can unlock the physique you have always dreamed of.

Running / Marathon Preparation

I will help you follow a structured regime to succeed in any race whether it be competitve or sponsored from 5k to a full Marathon. By using different training techniques such as interval & fartlek running, along with carefully selected resistance work, you will be able to run long distances - at speed!

Today’s world is full of stress and tension. It is imperative that we counter balance this tightness with massage. There are a variety of different styles and massage techniques that can be used for varying purposes. Utilising massage to help with rehabilitation from injury, muscle relaxation or just overall stress release will help you towards your goal of performing better in any activity and will make your body feel fantastic.

I am aware that generally women want a toned, feminine figure whereas men want definition and size.
