Caroline Millgate Personal Trainer - LA Fitness Cambridge , Cambridgeshire

5 Years ago, I tried a personal trainer. It was initially just to lose some weight but I enjoyed it so much I never looked back. I am now a fully-qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Advisor and Sports Massage Therapist. I am fully aware of how intimidating gyms can be and how difficult it is to stay motivated, so let me show what I can do for you.

Trainer Type - Personal Trainer

is a Personal Trainer - Grade 3 Trainer.

Personal Trainers provide training in all areas of general fitness and will provide clients with all the motivation and support they need to achieve their desired goals, both short and long term.

They use progressive, periodised training programmes, specific and personal to each client. They select the best loads, reps, sets and order of exercises to overload the body and deliver results significantly better than by training alone. They provide hard AND fun workouts and educate clients on the best exercises to perform and the best intensities to work at.

Lifestyle and Wellness

Too many people believe that any time in the gym is well spent and is the only answer to feeling good. For real results, you need to change your way of life by incorporating a healthy diet with a targeted exercise plan. Together,we can achieve your goals and make your life less stressful and more healthy.

Muscle Toning and Shaping

The use of body weight and free weights is a fantastic way to shape and tone the body. Following a full-body workout programme that uses weights to load all the muscles will help you shape your body whilst making you feel stronger.

Massage

Sports Massage is not just for athletes- it is a vital part of training. Massage realigns the muscle fibres and limits the amount of delayed-onset muscle soreness caused by exercise. it is vital for posture and muscle imbalance which often cause the body unnecessary pain.
