Trainer Type - Personal Trainer
is a Personal Trainer - Grade 3 Trainer.
Personal Trainers provide training in all areas of general fitness and will provide clients with all the motivation and support they need to achieve their desired goals, both short and long term.
They use progressive, periodised training programmes, specific and personal to each client. They select the best loads, reps, sets and order of exercises to overload the body and deliver results significantly better than by training alone. They provide hard AND fun workouts and educate clients on the best exercises to perform and the best intensities to work at.

A Personal Trainer should hold a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) level 3 qualification or equivalent – the required national standard.
