Born and raised in sunny South Africa, Dino decided to come over to London to pursue his passion for the music industry, health & fitness.
Dino believes personal training should be as enjoyable as possible, while keeping it effective, allowing his clients to not only achieve their goals but to learn so much more about everything to do with fitness.
Trainer Type - Personal Trainer
is a Personal Trainer - Grade 3 Trainer.
Personal Trainers provide training in all areas of general fitness and will provide clients with all the motivation and support they need to achieve their desired goals, both short and long term.
They use progressive, periodised training programmes, specific and personal to each client. They select the best loads, reps, sets and order of exercises to overload the body and deliver results significantly better than by training alone. They provide hard AND fun workouts and educate clients on the best exercises to perform and the best intensities to work at.

Core and Abdominal Training
The Abdominal Wall has many different layers of muscles and in order to get the best results, we must work all of these together. This improves the body’s ability to support and protect the lower back, whilst making the entire body stronger for any activity. There is a huge variety of fun and effective exercises to create a healthy back whilst also giving you the flat stomach that everyone desires.
Resistance Training
Resistance training focuses on applying a resistance to a given muscle to increase the strength and tone of that muscle. Using a variety of resistance techniques, from free weights to body weight, set in a specific periodised program, will cause the body to adapt and strengthen itself. Stability Training
Stability training focuses on working the body from the centre outwards. It utilizes as many of the bodies muscles in unison, increasing the strength of the stomach and back muscles, followed by the rest of the body. Weight Management
Combining a healthy eating plan with a well-structured exercise routine is the only proven way to lose weight and maintain your healthy new look. It can incorporate a variety of fun training techniques at home and in the gym, whilst also educating you on what and when to eat will give you the power to manage your weight for good.
Massage
Today’s world is full of stress and tension. It is imperative that we counter balance this tightness with massage. There are a variety of different styles and massage techniques that can be used for varying purposes. Utilising massage to help with rehabilitation from injury, muscle relaxation or just overall stress release will help you towards your goal of performing better in any activity and will make your body feel fantastic.
