Trainer Type - Personal Trainer

is a Personal Trainer - Grade 3 Trainer.

Personal Trainers provide training in all areas of general fitness and will provide clients with all the motivation and support they need to achieve their desired goals, both short and long term.

They use progressive, periodised training programmes, specific and personal to each client. They select the best loads, reps, sets and order of exercises to overload the body and deliver results significantly better than by training alone. They provide hard AND fun workouts and educate clients on the best exercises to perform and the best intensities to work at.

Required Qualifications

A Personal Trainer should hold a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) level 3 qualification or equivalent – the required national standard.

David will help and motivate you to follow a structured health and fitness programme to vastly improve your standard of living. Using a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training programmes which will boost your energy levels and enhance your general fitness.

Muscle Building and Conditioning

David will design and take you through a periodised progressive free weight programme. Providing you with the correct number of sets, repetitions and rest periods together with eating the right foods at the right times to maximise your bodies potential for building muscle.

Weight Management

A healthy eating plan and a structured exercise routine are the two components that will help you to achieve your goals in weight loss and management. Educating you in both these areas will give you the only tools you will ever need to manage your weight.

Muscle Toning and Shaping

Following a well balanced full body programme using body weight and free weights is a proven way to harden those soft annoying areas to progress you to your goal of that well toned body you've always wished for.
