is a Personal Trainer - Grade 3 Trainer.
Personal Trainers provide training in all areas of general fitness and will provide clients with all the motivation and support they need to achieve their desired goals, both short and long term.
They use progressive, periodised training programmes, specific and personal to each client. They select the best loads, reps, sets and order of exercises to overload the body and deliver results significantly better than by training alone. They provide hard AND fun workouts and educate clients on the best exercises to perform and the best intensities to work at.

Core and Abdominal Training
Lisa has completed a core stability course at level 3 standards and also teaches a abdominal class. Lisa incorporates core stability into her own gym sessions and understands the benifits of training your core muscles.
Running / Marathon Preparation
Lisa has had a lot of experience with distance running, From a young age she has been running for clubs in her area. Lisa has run marathons and knows that the preparation is vital. From past experiences your diet whilst training any long distance is so important. Lisa can offer you help with your training and offer you a diet plan that will fuel your training.
