Hello, I'm Jason and I have recently graduated with a BSc Honours Degree in Sports Studies and I have also gained a Level 2 Qualification in Gym Instruction. I am here to motivate you and help you achieve your goals.

is a Personal Trainer - Grade 3 Trainer.

Personal Trainers provide training in all areas of general fitness and will provide clients with all the motivation and support they need to achieve their desired goals, both short and long term.

They use progressive, periodised training programmes, specific and personal to each client. They select the best loads, reps, sets and order of exercises to overload the body and deliver results significantly better than by training alone. They provide hard AND fun workouts and educate clients on the best exercises to perform and the best intensities to work at.

Required Qualifications

A Personal Trainer should hold a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) level 3 qualification or equivalent – the required national standard.

Cardio Training

Whether you are specifically for an event or race or just want to improve your health and aesthetics, understanding the way the cardiovascular system functions is essential. Following a specific heart rate based programme will allow you to get the most from your heart at any given time to produce superb results so that you perform better and feel great.

Core and Abdominal Training

The Abdominal Wall has many different layers of muscles and in order to get the best results, we must work all of these together. This improves the body’s ability to support and protect the lower back, whilst making the entire body stronger for any activity. There is a huge variety of fun and effective exercises to create a healthy back whilst also giving you the flat stomach that everyone desires.

Muscle Toning and Shaping

The use of body weight and free weights is a fantastic way to shape and tone the body. Following a full body workout programme that uses weight to load all the muscles of the body will help you shape up all those annoying areas whilst making you feel stronger all over. This will progress you to your goal of having a toned body with fantastic shape.

Resistance Training

Resistance training focuses on applying a resistance to a given muscle to increase the strength and tone of that muscle. Using a variety of resistance techniques, from free weights to body weight, set in a specific periodised program, will cause the body to adapt and strengthen itself. This, in turn will create a body that is stronger, healthier and looks fantastic.

General Fitness

Following a structure health and fitness routine will help to enhance your everyday life. It will help you to feel better, perform better and look better. A varied combination of cardiovascular conditioning and a regular resistance-training programme will provide overall results to enhance your general fitness levels and give you a better quality of life.
