The Physical Specialist is a ‘specialist in Physical Training’ and is a trainer who excels in the field of corrective exercise, rehabilitation and performance training.

Physical Specialists offer more detailed and prescriptive exercise coaching and are for those who are dedicated to achieving the very best results or those with injuries / special considerations.

Using the most advanced postural and movement based screens and assessments, a Physical Specialist will identify their clients’ dysfunction or injury and will coach them through every step on the road to top-level performance or simply back to full fitness.

Required Qualifications

A Physical Specialist should hold a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) level 3 or equivalent plus a high level corrective, rehabilitative, or performance enhancement qualification.

Building lean muscle mass is a complicated system of stressing and stimulating muscle tissue through intensive training combined with high caloric balanced diet, whilst keeping the body in a high nitrogen balance to allow the body to grow to is full potential.
