As a former international athlete for over ten years, representing my country on the track including the European Championships, I feel my experience and knowledge will allow you to reach your goals quickly and effectively, using a variety of different training methods both in and out of the gym.
Trainer Type - Personal Trainer
is a Personal Trainer - Grade 3 Trainer.
Personal Trainers provide training in all areas of general fitness and will provide clients with all the motivation and support they need to achieve their desired goals, both short and long term.
They use progressive, periodised training programmes, specific and personal to each client. They select the best loads, reps, sets and order of exercises to overload the body and deliver results significantly better than by training alone. They provide hard AND fun workouts and educate clients on the best exercises to perform and the best intensities to work at.
